An inspirational day exploring how to create, sustain and evolve exciting outdoor learning environments.
This workshop will be hands on, boots on and muddy!
Learners will have an opportunity to:
Understand the importance of outdoor environments in meeting the needs of all of your children
Be inspired to create, revamp or develop your existing environment in a low cost, high impact way
Create a resource to take back to your setting
Establish a plan of action for your setting
Sample risk assessments and a booklet of easy activities using natural, free resources will be provided. Learners will cook their own lunch on the open fire.
