Dean Park Training
Dean Park Training offers bespoke training packages, CPD series and one-off training as full days, half days or twilight sessions to inspire, support and develop practice across all aspects of Early Years.
Our trainer is Kelly Yates, a versatile professional with 20 years of experience teaching in the Early Years and Primary sectors. Kelly is dedicated to providing development and support for EY settings and Foundation Stage units within schools.
The Gallery at Dean Park also offers a conveniently located meeting and conference space for hire to local businesses, featuring modern facilities set in beautiful leafy and characterful surroundings.
Our unique and historic site covers a spacious 6.5 acres of former Dorset and Hampshire cricket ground which has hosted players like WG Grace, Prince Ranjitsinhji and Prince Philip. We are very proud of our sporting history and the ground now plays host to children from Park School and is the venue for matches, tournaments and games for schools and sports groups from all over the South West. Last year over 1000 children visited Dean Park to play netball, football, cricket, hockey, rounders, tennis, golf, tag rugby, cross country and athletics.
We share the space with Dean Park Day Nursery which is in its fourth year and takes children from 0 – 5 years.
Cooper Dean Pavilion was built in 1902 and has undergone sensitive restoration in recent years to open up the viewing gallery enjoyed by Edwardian cricket fans. The Gallery is open again for the first time in over two decades to host our inspirational training events and is available for hire.
